Plateaus. They happen to all of us.
But how do you deal with them? How do you break through and start climbing again?
I don't think I really have an answer. I, too often, will give up and take too long of a break that when I return it's actually at a lower level. Booo....
If I had any advice, I guess it would be to incorporate variety. If you get bored, you're more likely to quit. Also, try something new. Or find a new running/workout partner.
